The Python Extension Loader (PEL) is a Java extension that manages the Python extensions built using the rapidminer-ai-sdk package. PEL seamlessly integrates the Python extensions into the Rapidminer AI Tools ecosystem.

What does PEL do?

• Loads operator definitions from Python extensions (names, parameters, ports, etc.)
• Manages the execution of Python code using the appropriate Python distribution
• Handles data serialization between Java and Python
